Soapstone Remnants
When to Consider Soapstone Remnants for Your Project
Why pay for an entire soapstone slab when your project can be completed using soapstone remnants? Soapstone remnants are perfect for smaller projects such as vanity tops, fireplace surrounds, or small countertops. Classic Soapstone is one of the largest soapstone countertop fabricators and installers in the Washington DC metro area. We maintain a large selection of soapstone remnants in a variety of sizes, colors, and patterns, ideal for small projects. Using remnants is a cost-effective solution because you only pay for the stone you need, with no waste. We also offer additional discounts on remnants to make room for new slabs.
When planning your project with soapstone remnants, be sure to account for backsplashes and sidesplashes in your measurements. For example, if your vanity measures 37″x22″ and you want a 4″ backsplash and sidesplash, the minimum soapstone remnant size needed would be 41″x26″.
